ACT Capital Advisors is pleased to announce that Todd Harman has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Todd will focus his efforts helping business owners who are in the Transportation/Logistics space to achieve an optimal outcome when they go to sell. He will also represent ACT in the Oregon and Southern Washington markets across all industries.
For the past 30 years, Todd has achieved high success as a senior executive within transportation, distribution, telecommunications, and the military. Todd led the sale of FTL, an expedited dedicated truckload carrier, to publicly-traded Celadon Group in 2015. His area of expertise includes M&A, startups, sales & marketing, operations management, change management, process improvement, operational efficiency, P&L, and competitive market analysis and positioning.
Todd graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Applied Science. (BASc) and a MBA from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.
