Nick transitioned to investment banking after 13 years as a business lawyer. In addition, Nick’s other work includes real estate investments, business strategy consulting, and work with start-ups and investment groups focused on early stage companies. His industry experience is diverse, having represented and worked with companies, business owners, and investors in seafood, oil and gas, healthcare/biotech, digital media, real estate, construction, and others.
