• Pacific Northwest – 8 mandates.
• International – 2 mandates (one sell-side and one buy-side).
• Added 22 new clients in 2023.
• We introduced our newest service, Debt Placement Advisory, with our Debt Placement Advisory Group.

Team Highlights:

• Two Senior Associates, Madison Brown and Ivan Trindev, were promoted to Vice Presidents.
• Opened two new office locations (Boston and Dallas).
• Welcomed five new team members onboard.

Events:

• Attended Vistage Executive Summits in Sacramento and San Francisco.
• Sponsored the Boys & Girls Club Golf Tournament in Portland, OR.
• Sponsored the Annual Bridge of Promise Golf Scramble.  

Going into 2024:

• 7 mandates under LOI.
• 4 in the auction process with multiple buyers for each. One is a Chinese subsidiary of a US corporation; ACT is joint-venturing with Hong Kong-based Sino Capital.
