110 Consulting, a leading consulting firm headquartered in Bellevue, WA, merges with TA Group Holdings, also from Bellevue. The firm will become one of TA Group Holdings’ portfolio companies in an attempt to accelerate growth and better serve its clients. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
