The Interview Process

We’re excited to talk with you. Here are the next steps in our process:

  1. Phone or video call: Meet with our Director of Talent Acquisition.  This serves as an opportunity for us to learn more about you, including your expertise, goals, and what drives your very being. 
  2. Meet our CEO and Chairman:  If both parties find it beneficial to continue discussions, we want to introduce you to Bob Hild, our CEO and Chairman.  This meeting aims to provide insights into our mission, vision, and long-term alignment.
  3. Interact with our team: We know the importance of our people, and our approach enables you to connect with various professionals throughout our organization. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the collaborative environment you could potentially join.
