The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors® (AM&AA) announced today that Dr. K. Perry Campbell of ACT Consultants, Inc. was selected as AM&AA’s 2009 Member of the Year. Dr. Campbell was recognized for his contributions to the merger and acquisition advisory profession, particularly the design and implementation of the AM&AA Deal Stats survey. The Deal Stats survey is a semi-annual survey of AM&AA members that collects and analyzes data on M&A transactions involving privately held businesses in the lower middle market. Dr. Campbell serves on the board of AM&AA where he chairs the Market Research Committee. Dr. Campbell is Principal & Managing Director of ACT Consultants, Inc. in the Portland/Vancouver office of ACT Consultants.
