Todd Harman serves as Managing Director for ACT Capital Advisors, focusing on the Transportation and Logistics practice, as well as the Oregon and Southern Washington markets.
Todd is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years of success within transportation, distribution, telecommunications, and the military. In addition to working on M&A opportunities, Todd has a proven ability to assist his clients in understanding opportunities to improve their company’s financial performance in order maximize its value. Prior to joining ACT, Todd successfully acquired and turned around a mid-sized trucking company located in Portland, Oregon. His areas of expertise include M&A, startups, sales & marketing, operations management, change management, process improvement, operational efficiency, P&L, and competitive market analysis and positioning.
Todd served as an officer in the United States Navy, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
