Jeff Chaffin has more than 30 years of experience as an executive in both privately held and publicly traded companies. Throughout his career, Jeff has held leadership positions in operations, sales, finance/accounting, human resources, and organizational development. Prior to joining ACT, Jeff has successfully started five companies on his own. Jeff’s background includes development and implementation, exit and succession planning, merger and acquisition advisory, and corporate turn-around. He has served the distribution, automotive manufacturing, tool and die, logistics, greenhouse operations, printing, staffing, and engineering industries.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Michigan State University. He is also certified as a Professional Business Coach and has extensive training in exit and succession planning.
