ACT Capital Advisors Represents The Gear Works in its Sale to Machinists Inc.

ACT Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of its client, The Gear Works, to Machinists Inc.

Machinists Inc. has acquired all of The Gear Works’ assets, which will allow them to offer services in major gear box repair and precision gear machining. In addition, the acquisition has doubled the Machinist’s manufacturing space, meaning they will be able to support larger and more diverse projects for their customers.

The Gear Works is a manufacturer of precision gear products and custom power transmission services to industrial customers. Their products and services include industrial gears, ground gears, gearbox repair, custom drives, stock planetary speed reducers, gear metrology service, and spline broaching.
