ACT Capital Advisors and Ridgefield Partners together represented their client, Hogland Transfer Company, Inc. (“HTC”) in its acquisition by Persky Ventures, an independent sponsor founded by Igor Persky.
Established in 1933, HTC is a Warehousing & Distribution company headquartered in Everett, Washington – and a critical supply chain partner to some of the Northwest’s most prominent industrial manufacturers. Mr. Persky will assume the role of President & CEO from Steve Holtgeerts (Seller), who will remain involved with HTC in a senior advisory capacity.
